Spicy Breaded Shrimp (Udang Goreng Tepung Berempah)

Just made these for luch today, very easy and delicious.
Recipe : Spicy Breaded Shrimp 20 pcs large shrimp 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon ground pepper - Marinade prawn and set aside 3 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon rempah kari ikan Dash of salt and pepper 1 egg whisk a little Breadcrumbs Method Put shrimp one at a time into flour mixture. Dip in egg leave the tail clean coat with bread crumbs Deep fry for 5 mins or until breadcrumbs turn golden brown Enjoy your home made breaded shrimp! by Wanie Talib
