This weekend, I really want to spend quality time with my family..having fun and great homecooked foods! Decide to bake some buns, their favourites are sweet mini buns with red bean, kaya or coconut paste filling. So here's the recipe I share to make a soft and fluffy buns of your own.
RESIPI ROTI MANIS ASAS
400g tepong roti (tepong high protein)
100g tepong gandum
100g gula halus (atau gula castor)
40g susu tepong
1 sudu teh bread improver (optional)
1 sudu teh bread softener (optional)
11g yis kering
1 biji telor
265g air
80g mentega
Cara :
Campor semua bahan kering. Masukkan telur dan air sejuk. Uli hingga sebati. Masukkan mentega. Uli lagi hingga elastik dan lembut serta doh menjadi licin. Perap 10-15 minit hingga doh naik 2 kali ganda. Bentukkan dan isi inti jika mahu. Biarkan naik (30 minit hingga 1 jam). Bakar pada suhu 180oC sehingga kekuningan/keperangan.
