Pavlova - a meringue base dessert named after a famous Russian ballet dancer.Anna Pavlova. This sweet dessert consist of a meringue base, whipped cream and fresh fruits. My version of pavlova come in various sizes, 6in, 8in and up to 12in pavlova disc, also comes in petite mini's in a small cups but with the same scrumptious sweet treats! Fruits that always suits well with pavlova are strawberries, kiwi, grapes, mango and peaches. While some topped with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries and sure this will come with extra cost, as they are rare here..and expensive too!
